At Neulinger Bakery in Munich, Germany, owner LudwigNeulingerbakes up to 4,000 traditional Bavarianpretzels a day. Inheriting the trade from his parents, Neulinger says he’s been baking since he was a child. Now, he hopes to pass the traditions on to younger generations of bakers at his five shops.
